This vacation rental is perfect for your vacation rental getaway! This one-level home offers so much to enjoy! The living room has plush couches and room to seat 7. Enjoy the flat-screen TV as you kick up your feet. The dining room will seat up to 6 with additional seating at the bar for two. The modern kitchen has all you will need to prepare and serve your home-cooked meals. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances (gas top stove), and granite countertops, and the two windows brighten and invite you to hang out. The sliding glass door walks out to a wonderful covered patio. The patio furniture provides a table and chairs with a grill for additional cooking options. The master is spacious and has a king bed and a huge full bathroom. There are two more bedrooms both with queen beds and another full bathroom.
Ladera at Sienna Hills is the perfect place to re-energize while you explore the amazing terrain of Southern Utah. Not to mention local hiking and biking trails are located just outside the community! Ladera is only minutes away from I-15 making restaurants, shopping, and other amenities a short drive away!
