Come enjoy this spectacular home with lots of indoor and outdoor living areas for 16 guests! This sits on the golf course with unbeatable views of the surrounding mountains. The main floor has a beautiful entry to welcome you and the kitchen is loaded with all the equipment you will need. It boasts granite countertops and beautiful new stainless steel appliances. There is seating at the bars as well as a huge table that seats 12! The living room invites you to relax while watching the 75” flat-screen TV with cable TV or walk on by to the outdoor where you can sit (seating for 8) and enjoy the golf views. Feel free to use the grill for yummy barbecues.
The Master is located on the main floor, as well. It has a king bed and 48” Smart TV (cable TV) with a beautiful large bathroom en-suite, with a large soaker tub, separate shower, double sinks, and a walk-in closet. It connects to the laundry room for added convenience. The master also walks outside to those amazing mountains and golf views with more patio furniture to enjoy. One of the great selling points of this house is the outdoor living space on the second floor! The outdoor modular couch seats 8. AMAZING SPACE!
Just what the family needs upstairs is a Rec Room with a couch and Smart TV(streaming only) for the kids to enjoy. It has an XBOX 360, two controllers, and games. There are board games and books as well as a game loft with a 3-In-1 Poker Table and Bumper Pool Table to use with the family and friends!
