Property Manager is proud to present Inari 1272. A modern and stylishly decorated planed log cabin in the quiet area of Laanila. The services of the center of Saariselkä are 3.4 km away.
The cottage has a living room with an open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, loft-like upper floor, washroomtoilet, sauna, toilet and terrace. Apartment area 109.5 m², of which 86 m² on the ground floor and 23.5 m² on the loft. In addition, a carport and a ski maintenance room with a ski lubrication rack and an iron.
Sleeping facilities: 2 bedsroom in the bedrooms. In the loft there are 2 beds and 2 folding extra beds. Child gate at the top of the stairs.
In this cabin, cleaning and bed linen delivered for the number of people booked are included in the price.
NOTE! The price includes two sacks of firewood (40 l) per week.

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
