Property Manager is proud to present Lieksa 1054. Exclusive and spacious round-log villa on three floors in the Loma-Koli holiday cabin area. 6 bedrooms, 5 WCs, 2 fireplaces. 8-person sauna and hydro massage bath.
77 km to the north from Joensuu, lake Pielinen 200 m (871,2 km²), shallow, partly rocky, public beach. Built in 1990. The middle floor features a large living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms with 2 beds in each. Additionally, the middle floor has a bathroom with WC and a separate WC. The upper floor holds 3 bedrooms. Two rooms have 3 beds and a balcony in each, while the third room has 2 beds. There’s also a bathroom with WC on the upper floor. The ground floor comprises a spacious fireplaceliving room, a bedroom with 2 beds, an always-ready electric sauna, a bathroom with a hot tub, a dressing room, 2 WCs, and terrace access. Air source heat pumps are installed in the middle and ground floors. All beds are separate.
Lean-to shelter is shared with the cabin Lieksa 1054. Electric car charging station is available for an additional fee. Kindly arrange usage and payment directly with the owner. Lake Pielinen can be seen from the balcony on the upper floor. The kitchen features a 12-person dining table and is suitable for meetings. Children’s equipment includes 2 baby cots (without linens), a high chair, a bathtub, and a potty.
The owner rents a large smoke sauna located by Käränkälampi pond for 350 euros. The smoke sauna lacks a shower, but washing can be done in the pond. The owner can arrange dining services upon request. Within 890 m distance in Kolikeskus, the owner offers Sports hall which includes gym and arcade. Kolikeskus also has an electric car charging station, a ski museum (open by appointment), and a conference room (equipped with optical fiber and a video projector) for 26 people available for rent.
Bringing a hot tub is not allowed.
