Property Manager is proud to present Lieksa 1046. Laminated-log cabin, built in 2022, near the lake Jerojärvi in Koli tourist area (Koli 4.5 km). The cabins (4 cabins in a row) have shared shallow sand beach, pier and lean-to shelter, distance is about 200 m.
The living area of the cabin is 59 m², including the loft. Living roomkitchen, dining group for 5, heat storing fireplace. On the ground floor, bedroom with double bed, 3 x 80 cm wide beds in the loft. WashroomWC, wood-burning sauna stove in the sauna.
Air source heat pump, Wi-Fi. Children’s equipment is delivered separately upon request (travel cot, high chair for a baby and potty).
Pets are allowed for an additional fee, the cabin has a drinking cup and paw cleaning towel.
There is a small disc golf course with 3 baskets in the area.

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
