Property Manager is proud to present Sulkava 1092. Spacious, mostly lawn plot with a great view of lake Saimaa. The cabin has a large 50 m² glazed terrace.
29 km to the northeast from Puumala, lake Saimaa 20 m, shallow sand beach, own pier and rowing boat, wooden cabin with boarded outer walls (built in 2000), spacious living room and living roomkitchen, two bedrooms (both with double bed), WC, sauna (wood-burning sauna stove), washroom, dressing room. In the yard there is a spacious sleeping shed (built in 2021), the shed has 2 beds, electricity and heating. Air source heat pump in the cabin. 2 refrigerators, one with freezer compartment.
The cabin is only rented for peaceful family holidays. Spacious, sunny, lawn plot. The route of the rowing event Sulkavan soutu runs in front of the cabin. The well-equipped cabin is ideal for a peaceful summer holiday. In sunny weather, the best thing is the spacious yard area and own shallow sand beach. In rainy weather, the best thing is the large glazed terrace with a great view of lake Saimaa.
The Saimaa Archipelago Route (156 km) and the Puumala Archipelago Route (60 km) offer cyclists the best of Saimaa. Admire the stunning archipelago scenery, cross the lakes by using bike ferries and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere, as well as the local delicacies along the way. The distance from the cabin along the route is 21 km.
