Property Manager is proud to present Sotkamo 1135. A log-built semi-detached apartment in Vuokatti’s slope center, built in 2003, partly renovated in 2022. Surface area 74 m², of which 14 m² loft, kitchen-living room with sofa bed for 1-2, fireplace, bedroom with double bed. Sauna (electric stove), shower and separate toilet.
Upstairs: a bedroom with separate beds for two, a sheltered sleeping loft with separate beds for two and a toilet.
Children’s equipment: baby gates, high chair and potty. Kajaani 33 km, Sotkamo 7 km. Ski slope 150 m, cross-country trail 70 m. Nearest beach 1.5 km.
The apartment is in use on the day of arrival at 16:00 and handed over on the day of departure at 12:00 (also for weekend bookings).
Pets allowed for an additional fee.
Bed linen can be reserved for an additional fee. Final cleaning is included in the price.
