This Studio Bedroom features a Queen Bed, Closet/Dresser, Bath (Tub/Shower), Bistro Table & a Kitchenette with Microwave, under the counter Refrigerator, Toaster & Drip Coffee Maker. All 3 Bedrooms have a Yogasleep Dohm White Noise Sound Machine with Soothing Ambient Sounds of Rushing Air. In the Main Villa there is a Laundry Closet with Full-Sized Washer/Dryer & an Iron/Ironing Board. With the Kitchen/Dining/Living Area Open Concept, everyone gets to be together while enjoying their own activities. The Living Area gets Natural Light from the Sliding Glass Door to the Balcony. With 2 Sofas & a Chair, there is Plenty of Comfortable Seating to watch your favorite shows or a movie on the Large Screen Smart TV with YouTube TV Extended Cable. A non-refundable $200 pet fee (up to 2 dogs, 80 lbs combined) is required and must be paid before check-in Maximum of 2 dogs. Unregistered pets will incur a $200 pet fee plus a $500 remediation fee. Dogs must be up to date on vaccines and flea/tick prevention. No dogs on furniture or beds (additional cleaning fees may apply). Please bring a crate if needed Strictly no cats allowed.
