This beautifully restored villa, in the heart of Umbria, makes the perfect holiday destination for a group of friends or a large family.
With its own private swimming pool and large gardens, the villa can sleep up to 12 people. The elegant ground floor, with terracotta tiles and traditional beamed ceilings, has a dining room which can accommodate 12 people with an open hearth, ideal for winter fires; a large games/sitting area, a full-size pool table and a spacious kitchen, with a wooden table for more casual dining. The kitchen is equipped with a drip coffee machine, cooker hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and toaster. A door from the kitchen leads to the charming, brick-vaulted loggia, where guests can dine al fresco, sheltered from the heat of the midday sun.
On the first floor of the villa, there is a more formal sitting room with sofas and lovely views over the surrounding countryside.
The well-maintained gardens provide several different seating areas and options for outdoor dining, including a terrace and a pergola, closer to the private pool. The pool is surrounded by sun loungers where guests can relax after a swim. There is also a separate games field for football or other activities and some children’s outdoor toys.
