Up to 14 years old are exempt. Gas for heating if necessary because of the climate has to be paid on the site based on consumption at €10/day. Air-conditioning is available only in the corridor on the first floor. The city of Fucecchio is a 15-minute drive from here, while, Montecatini Terme (golf) and Monsummano thermal baths are less than half an hour away. The art city of Lucca, Pisa, and Florence are about 45 minutes to 1 hour’s driving distance from here.
