This his ultra charming luxury holiday apartment is located in the heart of Florence, close to Santa Croce and Signoria Square. Although there is no elevator, this rooftop apartment offers breathtaking views that more than compensate for the 86 steps leading up to the home. Perched on the 4th floor of a 15th century building, the apartment has been recently renovated and refreshed for a more contemporary look while retaining the charm of the original building which includes wooden ceiling beams and Florentine tile floors.
The first level includes a master en suite bedroom and another bedroom with separate bathroom. Both offer views of the city. The second level, accessed by a charming staircase, is truly stunning with nine windows looking out over the city offering views of Santa Croce, the Duomo and Palazzo Vecchio. A lounge and dining area as well as a fully equipped kitchen are also located on this level.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
