Pedrera combines standout dried plants and woven grass features with modern design to pay homage to grassland. This marvelous home rests in the heart of Barcelona, in the Esquerra de l’Eixample neighborhood. This area satisfies foodies and fun-lovers with an array of tapas bars and upscale cocktail bars. After a day is finished, come home to Pedrera to experience unique design. Not only does Pedrera feature 2 bedrooms, there are also 2 bathrooms, all of which have been uniquely decorated. The first bedroom has a queen size bed with wagon wheel decorations above it. There’s a door that opens to a French balcony and also a complete ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen size bed with grassland wall decorations and plenty of storage. Its door opens into an internal patio sitting space. The detached bathroom is both chic and functional in design. For all remote working needs, Pedrera offers a dedicated workstation office space, complete with a desk, chair, and extra storage space. The office also leads out to the internal terrace for taking a breather after a couple hours of work. The open plan living room and kitchen benefit from light flowing in through the doors leading to a French balcony, perfect for letting air circulate on a warm day. If it’s too hot outside, then Pedrera also comes with air conditioning to always be the perfect temperature. The living room has a full entertainment system and many wooden features to match the grassland theme. Under the dried grass light fixture is the rustic dining table. The kitchen is furnished with all cooking appliances and utensils. Fully furnished, this home comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens. *This apartment comes equipped with ducted air system for absolute comfort. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment.
