The Home
Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe.
Quena combines rustic materials with modern finishing to create a unique design in this 2 bedroom 70 square meter flat. As you walk into the flat, the entrance has a full length mirror facing the kitchen.
The kitchen, newly finished with black vinyls, is fully equipped with all cooking utensils and appliances. In the dining area, find a custom-made geometric wood decor contrasting the black wall next to the round dining table.
The living room has a dedicated work area next to the lounge area, fitted with a sofa and pouffe. A balcony opens to a fresh breeze and Spanish sun.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
