Bars, clubs, markets, and outstanding architecture await outside the front door. With its stylish design, comfortable amenities, and mountain-themed decor, Lys offers a delightful and inviting space to come home to for your stay in the city. Spanning 70 square meters, Lys provides a cozy and welcoming atmosphere for you and your companions. The apartment features two beautifully decorated bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable queen-size bed. One of the bedrooms even offers direct access to a terrace, where you can step outside and enjoy the fresh air and lovely views. Lys boasts one bathroom, complete with modern fixtures and a relaxing ambiance. Refresh yourself with a revitalizing shower, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring the city. The living room in Lys is a versatile space designed for your comfort and convenience. The textured walls and wooden features are reminiscent of the nature-filled tranquility of the mountains. In the living room, guests will find a dedicated workstation, perfect for any work-related tasks or staying connected during the stay. Gather around the dining table for a delicious meal or engage in lively conversations with loved ones. The fully furnished kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and all the necessary amenities, allowing you to prepare meals with ease. Step out onto the terrace to discover a private oasis with a sitting area and outdoor dining set; the perfect place to unwind after a long day. As a guest, you’ll have access to a shared pool. Take a dip in the sparkling waters or lounge poolside, basking in the Mediterranean sunshine and relishing the tranquility of your surroundings. This apartment also comes with air conditioning, ensuring comfort throughout the year. Fully furnished, this apartment comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens. *Please note that the building amenities such as the pool and/or gym may have specific hours of operation and might not be available year-round. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts. *This accommodation may only be used for stays longer than 31 nights for personal purposes such as holiday, recreational, or leisure. Property Manager may request documentation proving your permanent residence and the reason for your stay in Catalonia, and may cancel the reservation if it does not meet the legal requirements. The information provided may be submitted to the relevant registry and/or administrative authority in accordance with Catalan regulations.
