Making a regal entrance, Tanah exudes luxury with its arched doorways, crown molding, and elevated design. Tanah is a visionary for blended Indonesian design concepts all throughout its three-bedroom, two-bath space. With 122 square meters to play, Tanah calls guests to relish in the space, but when it’s time to explore, adventure into the trendy Dreta de l’Eixample. This neighborhood is for the history buffs and gourmands alike with the numerous cultural events and tantalizing tapas bites. Back inside, Tanah’s entryway strikes the perfect balance between bohemian and modern aesthetics. Refreshing eucalyptus and organic-shaped accent mirrors highlight Tanah’s Southeast Asian influence while the vaulted ceilings and layout reflect its Catalan roots. To the left of the entrance, the first door opens up to a contemporary kitchen space. Fit with stainless steel appliances and all the necessary kitchen utensils, this spacious kitchen entices chefs of all skill levels. The last door on the left leads to an abundance of living and dining space. Sectional seating resides in the middle of the space doubling as a conversation piece with its unique design. The dining area on the left of the room is fit for a four-person dining experience. On the far side of the room, two sets of french doors bath the room in light and fresh air. The first door past the kitchen on the left leads to the first bathroom. Original tiling reminds guests of Tanah’s Barcelona roots. Offering completely modern fixtures and a walk-in shower, the first bathroom is deluxe. Straight down the hall leads to the first bedroom. Guests will instantly feel captivated by its artful design. Arcing, fibre floor lamps, and a bamboo-laden wall piece help to tie the room together. This bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and ample closet space. Step through the sliding glass doors to the left to find a dual-functioning workspace or vanity and immense light shimmering through the original stain glass. The room to the right of the hall brings maximum utility. Doubling as both a two-person workstation and day bed. Just across the hall, a smaller corridor branches off into a second bathroom to the left and the final bedroom to the right. A large jute rug connects the earthy palette while the headboard grabs the attention. The room is completed with a queen-sized bedroom and built-in closets. The final bathroom is a spa experience. This modern-classic combo offers two options for relaxation: a full bathtub to the left and a walk-in shower on the right. All linens and bedding are provided. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund request related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts. *This accommodation may only be used for stays longer than 31 nights for personal purposes such as holiday, recreational, or leisure. Property Manager may request documentation proving your permanent residence and the reason for your stay in Catalonia, and may cancel the reservation if it does not meet the legal requirements.
