Located inside the walls of Lucca, it is ideal for 2 people and it can accommodate up to 4 with the comfy sofa-bed in the living area. Lucca is always a good idea for a peaceful break and you will fully enjoy its hidden corners from the panoramic third floor of a characteristic building. A lovely balcony overlooking the old town roofs and churches will be ready for your aperitivo, as a gentle breeze carries whispers and birds’ songs. Steps away from the renowned Via Fillungo and from the beautiful Basilica di San Frediano, where you’ll be happy to try a new smart café just open in the adjacent square, the apartment is an ideal base for wandering through the town’s narrow streets lined with shops, restaurants and bars, only broken by a hidden courtyard or by small gardens precious like gems. For those looking to explore a bit of Tuscany, legendary towns such as Pisa, Florence, Siena or Cinque Terre can be reached within easy drive for day trips into history and old charm. The rental property is located within the ZTL area (Limited Traffic Area, accessible only by permanent residents and people with special permission) and does not offer on-site parking. The closest Parking Mazzini is located in a walking distance from the rental property, so leaving the car there prior reaching the apartment is essential. By following the road signs you will be able to avoid the ZTL area while driving to the parking. We kindly inform all guests that the rental property is self catering so hotel-like services are excluded by law (reception, surveillance of the accommodation, provision of meals and drinks, daily cleaning and linen change, transfers). For such reason any additional service can be provided on request and with the collaboration of external qualified partners and charged accordingly.
