Serenity Sands Townhouse, is set over 3 levels, as you enter will find the double lock up garage for convenience, a built in study nook and a fully equipped Laundry for guest use- through the laundry you will also find the back door with the built in doggy door.
As enter onto the second level of Serenity Sands Townhouse, you will enter the light and airy open plan living area boasting a comfortable lounge, large wall hung smart TV, and air conditioning for those hot summer days.
The modern kitchen has everything you will need, including an electric cooktop, Nespresso coffee machine, all cookware, crockery & glass wear.
Enjoy the open servery straight onto the outdoor entertaining area, enjoy drinks around the outdoor table setting whilst cooking a BBQ on the supplied Gas BBQ, all whilst soaking up the ocean sounds and breezes.
On this level you will also find a stylish power room with a toilet & basin for added convenience.
Making you way to the third floor of this stunning property,
Your master suite features a King-size bed, walk-in-robe, Smart TV and private ensuite.

Kingscliff is a beautiful coastal town with many great beaches, creeks, and estuaries to enjoy year-round.
With the gorgeous Cudgen creek boasting a large array of sea life, many locals and visitors enjoy snorkelling through or fishing north of the bridge.
Local events are frequently held on the foreshore including surf competitions, festivals, and fundraisers. Beachside markets are held on the second and fourth Saturday of every month from 8am to 1pm.
Throughout the year dolphins frequent the river mouth, and between April to November the ocean comes alive with spectacular shows from humpback whales making their annual migration.
Kingscliff is the jewel of the Tweed Coast, enjoy the beautiful coastal atmosphere that the town brings, with plenty to see and do in and surrounding the town.
