Located within a gated complex in the pretty and historic town of Oadby in Leicestershire, No.32 is a two bedroom apartment with style in abundance. With modern, statement furnishings and rich colour palettes, there is a luxury feel throughout the second floor apartment which also boasts private parking. Sleeping up to four guests, No.32 is a fantastic choice for family staycations and getaways with friends.
No.32 has a spacious living room with a combination of dark blue and white walls, two velvet sofas and two end tables. The perfect place to enjoy a quiet night in, you turn on the flat screen TV to watch Freeview or streaming apps and snuggle up with your loved ones.
Sharing the space is the kitchen area which features light wooden cupboards and dark worktops to create a modern feel and fresh look. Fully equipped for self-catering stays, you’ll have everything you could need to prepare meals easily.
The apartment has two beautifully designed bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king size bed and ensuite shower room, while the second is home to a double bed. Both rooms boast premium bed linens to ensure you have a great night’s sleep.
A double sofa bed is also available in the living room and this can be made up prior to your stay upon request, increasing the occupancy of No.32 to six.
Head to the family bathroom and you’ll find a bright space with both white brick-style tiles and crisp white walls. A WC, wash basin and bathtub complete the room.
Property Manager are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during guest bookings. For this reason, we require all our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (refundable, subject to an administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.
Guests have access to the full apartment. The keys to No.32 are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.
Private on-site parking is available for one vehicle.
No.32 can be reached via lift access.
The closest train station to Oadby can be found in South Wigston. From here, there is direct access to locations all across the UK including Derby, Birmingham, Tamworth, Sheffield, Leeds, York, Bristol and Cheltenham.
A number of bus routes can be found running through Oadby. Hop on the 31 for direct access to Leicester.
