Number 4 Eureka is a beautiful modern holiday home built in 2022, found in a small mews area with three other houses, in a quiet location. It is a fully furnished two-bedroom holiday home located in the picturesque village of Waldringfield, approximately five hundred meters from the river Deben.
The property supplies spacious accommodation for up to four guests looking for a short break or an annual holiday. It supplies easy access to the Suffolk Heritage Coast and the popular market town of Woodbridge. Further afield you can drive to Sutton Hoo – Viking Burial ground, Southwold, Aldeburgh for a day out.

King-size bedroom with built-in wardrobe, bedside tables and chest of drawers.
Second bedroom with zip and link bed which can be made up as a double or two singles with bedside tables and a hanging rail.
Modern family bathroom fully tiled with separate bath, walk-in shower, wash basin and toilet, with a heated towel rail.
Well-equipped kitchen with oven, extractor hood, induction hob, fridge with small ice box, large dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and washing /dryer machine. Iron/ ironing board/ hoover and hairdryer.
Open plan living and dining area with table and chairs for 4 people, L-shaped sofa, smart TV, internet access and an Amazon Alexa. Bi-folding doors out to the large sunny garden. Wheelchair access throughout the building.
Heating: air source heat pump, underfloor heating in main living area, with radiators in both bedrooms. Temperature controls for each area.
Travel cot and highchair are available on request.
Outside: Front: Parking for two vehicles in front of the property, providing ease of access to the front door which has a safe key code, and side gate.
Bi-fold patio doors lead on to the rear patio area with outdoor furniture and a BBQ for guests to use (kept in the shed when not in use) with a large lawned back garden which is unoverlooked. Outside water tap and hose available for guest use.

There are excellent walking routes right on your doorstep, good for dog walking and bird watching.
There is a large children’s playground / park area opposite the turning into the mews, which has plenty of play equipment for all ages of children, and a small football pitch.
There is a beautiful beach at the end of Cliff Road approximately five hundred meters walk from the property, where you can sail, paddleboard, kayak swim, fish or go crabbing.
There is a public slipway so you can launch your boat (FOC).
Just along from the beach is the Waldringfield Sailing Club who are a highly active through the sailing season.
Tennis courts are available to hire next to the playground.
There are river boat trips available at certain times of the year from the Boatyard.
Excellent village pub, serving food everyday– The Maybush Inn, walking distance from the property.
Local shops in Martlesham, approximately 2 miles, Tesco Extra Supermarket open seven days a week, Marks & Spencer Foodhall, Aldi, Next and Boots the Chemist.
Bike Park – Twisted Oaks Bike Park and Rendlesham Forrest is nearby for mountain biking.
Please note: Bicycles/paddle boards are not to be stored inside the property. There is a lockable storage area for guests to use in the shed in the back garden.
