Casa Barbici is a fantastic Istrian getaway in Porec area. With two bedrooms and enough space for four people, it’s cozy yet spacious at 108 m². The view of the swimming pool adds to its allure. Its location, with close proximity to various amenities and attractions, makes it even more appealing. Situated in a family-friendly neighborhood within a beautiful rural area near Porec it offers a serene setting. The beach is only 6 away, situated in Porec.
The are athat is rented occupies the upper part of the whole house which consists of a kitchen,living and dining area, two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two single beds. There are also two bathrooms, one with a bath and the other with a shower. Both bedrooms and living/kitchen area are airconditioned. Each bedrooms has a TV, and A/C.The terrace at the front of the house is perfect to enjoy al freco dinners.
Outside, there is a garden that features a swimming pool and covered BBQ area with large stone table. The garden and the pool is completely private with the access only from Casa Barbici entrance.Two parking places are available in the gaden. The garden is fully fenced.
