GROUND FLOOR
The front door opens into an entrance hall with hooks for coats and a box for footwear. Doors open to the cloakroom and kitchen on the right, living/dining room ahead of you, and carpeted stairs rise to the first floor. Hard flooring runs throughout the ground floor and there’s a door to the garden from the living/dining room.
KITCHEN
The chef in the family is sure to enjoy this super modern and well-equipped kitchen. Units run around two walls housing an oven with separate grill, ceramic hob, extractor, four-shelf fridge, freezer with two deep drawers, microwave, toaster, kettle, Krups coffee machine (bring your own standard Nespresso style pods) with frother, a Breville toasted sandwich maker, Cooks Professional mixer, and even a crepe maker for some fun breakfasts. A high table with three bar chairs is a good spot for breakfast or could double up as a desk for guests needing to do some work.
LIVING/DINING ROOM
This light and airy room has a tasteful coastal style and doors to the garden making indoor/outdoor living easy. Two sofas, chairs and a stool give ample seating to watch the Smart TV, play one of the games, listen to a record (player and a few records provided), or choose a book or a jigsaw from the dresser. The dining table with six chairs is ideal for catering at home or enjoying a takeaway from the fish and chip shop or excellent Thai restaurant in town.

MAIN BEDROOM AND EN-SUITE
Pastel shades in grey with seaside accessories gives a wonderfully calm feel to this room with double bed, bedside drawers and a NOW TV sitting on a corner table. A built-in wardrobe with shelves gives you space to unpack and you’ll also find a hairdryer, iron, ironing board and high chair here.
EN SUITE SHOWER ROOM
Natural light, the corner cubicle has an adjustable shower and there’s a WC, wash basin and heated towel rail (towels provided).
DOUBLE BEDROOM
Overlooking the garden, this room has a sturdy super king-size bed with bedside tables, a massive chest of drawers so you can unpack fully, and a couple of chairs.
SINGLE BEDROOM
A charming room where the single bed sits under the window and storage in pretty basket drawers or the wardrobe with hanging and shelving.
BATHROOM
Conveniently located for all three bedrooms, furnished with a bath with a hand shower over it and a shower screen, wash basin, WC, heated towel rail and a window giving you natural light.
PARKING
Parking is a huge asset in Aldeburgh and you can leave two cars at the front of the house and walk into town or down to the beach.
OUTSIDE
Make the most of the sunshine in this fully enclosed garden with a patio and artificial turf, furnished with a table and six chairs . There’s a gate so you can wheel a pushchair or bike the back way and store them safely in the garden and a boules set to keep the kids entertained and, perhaps better still, there’s a children’s assault course just across the driveway.
