This quirky fisherman’s cottage next to The Green is in a great location for a seaside holiday with the long sandy beach, colourful beach huts, iconic fun-filled pier, and bustling high street all a short walk away. The Bolt Hole lives up to its name providing an ideal escape from the world, furnished in a style that reflects its character and ’old-world’ charm with steep stairs to the double and single bedrooms.

You’re welcomed directly into the cosy sitting room, comfortably furnished for four guests with entertainment provided by a TV, DVD player and micro Hi-Fi with iPod dock.
KITCHEN/BREAKFAST ROOM
Equipped with a free standing electric cooker, fridge, microwave, slimline dishwasher, kettle and toaster. There’s a table and chairs so you can cook and dine at home or visit one of the many take-aways; and a door opens to the garden for a bit of al fresco dining.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Please note the steep stairs lead directly to the bedrooms as there is no landing so may not be suitable for children or for those with limited mobility.
