21 is a special stay in the heart of Sunderland. Offering a spacious, yet cosy living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, three bedrooms, a family bathroom, a private and spacious decked area, you’ll be treated to a truly spectacular home with plenty of perks.
Head to the living room and you’ll find a homely space. Benefiting from a large bay window which floods the room with light, this area is bright and welcoming. The perfect place to retreat to after a day exploring the North East, you can relax on one of the sofas or in the armchair and turn on the TV to enjoy Freeview and streaming services.
Fully equipped for self-catering stays, the kitchen in 21 has everything you could need to prepare home cooked meals. Ultra stylish, the kitchen features light grey cabinets and a grey splashback. Modern appliances and amenities include an oven, hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge freezer, and coffee maker.
Head to the dining room and you’ll find a space which features a dark wood dining table and six cushioned chairs.
Take a few steps along the hallway and you’ll find the first bedroom. With neutral tones and soft furnishings, this space is cosy and relaxing. A single bed, chest of drawers, hanging space and a dressing table complete the room.
Head upstairs to the first floor and you’ll find a further two bedrooms as well as the family bathroom. Both bedrooms on this floor benefit from double beds, dressing tables and ample storage space.
Modern and spacious, the family bathroom benefits from a bathtub and a rounded shower, as well as a WC and wash basin.
Outside you’ll find a large, private south facing patio area. A real treat in the heart of Sunderland, you can relax outside in the sunshine during your stay. A clothes line is also available for your convenience.
Property Manager are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during bookings. For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.
Guests have access to the full property. The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe, and full details will be provided prior to your stay.

There are a number of Tyne & Wear metro stations located throughout Sunderland with frequent routes to Roker, Newcastle, South Shields and North Shields so you can explore the North East easily.
You’ll also find a number of bus stops throughout Sunderland. Whichever bus you jump on to, you’ll have quick and easy access to locations all across the North East.
