Featuring original features, there is a traditional and cosy feel. The ideal spot to snuggle up with your loved ones after a day of exploring, you can get comfortable on one of the three sofas and turn on the flat screen TV equipped with Netflix to keep up with your favourite shows. DINING ROOM The property benefits from a spacious dining room. You can enjoy home cooked meals together at the dining table which has seating for eight. KITCHEN Fully equipped, the kitchen includes a oven, hob, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer and toaster. Complete with cookware and dinnerware, you will have everything you need for your self catering stay. BEDROOM AND BATHROOM The final room on the ground floor is a twin bedroom. Featuring a cool and calm colour palette and premium bed linens, you are guaranteed a restful night. Take the stairs up to the first floor and there are a further three bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed and also boasts an ensuite shower room with a WC and wash basin. The third bedroom is a double, whilst the fourth is another twin. Boasting plush bedding and linens you’ll certainly enjoy your sleep at Buckingham Square. Modern and large, the family bathroom has a bathtub and overhead shower, WC and basin. GARDEN Outside you’ll find a beautiful enclosed garden to the rear of the property, whilst there is also a patio at the front of the cottage. Property Manager are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during bookings. For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay. Guests have access to the full property. The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date. There is private on-site parking available at the property. Buckingham Square is located just a short 3-minute stroll from the Market Place where you’ll find shops, restaurants and bars. The closest train stations to Helmsley are located in Thirsk and Malton. Both stations are roughly a 30-minute drive from the cottage. Malton train station has regular train routes to Scarborough, Leeds, York and Manchester and you can reach Manchester, London, York and Leeds easily from Malton. Helmsley also has great bus links. If you’d like to visit the North Yorkshire coast, hop on the 128 bus which travels to Scarborough with stops in Kirkbymoorside and Pickering along the way. The 31X bus route travels from York to Kirkbymoorside with stops in Shipton and Helmsley en route.
