On cold nights, turn on the fire and cosy up on the sofa. Lose track of time reading a good book or switch on the flat screen TV to watch your favourite shows. The kitchen is a bright and modern space. Featuring a fridge, oven, kettle, microwave and toaster – the cottage has everything you’ll need to cook up a storm. The kitchen also includes a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher so you can make full use of the self-catering facilities. Next up is the bedroom. Daisy Cottage is located within 20 minutes’ drive time to beautiful areas within Northumberland such as Bamburgh, Seahouses and Beadnell. There are excellent travel links as the cottage is only a short distance from the A1. The closest train station is Chathill, which is roughly a 15-minute drive from Daisy Cottage so local towns in Northumberland can easily be reached via rail. There are a number of bus stops throughout Belford. Hop on the 418 service to explore Bamburgh, Beadnell, Alnwick and Alnmouth amongst others. The X18 route travels between Newcastle and Berwick upon Tweed with stops in Morpeth, Amble and Seahorses. Newcastle Airport is roughly one hour away by car.
