This three-story cabin boasts a prime location, just two miles from Lake Blue Ridge Recreation Area. Historic downtown Blue Ridge is only four miles north, where you’ll find charming shops, excellent restaurants, and the renowned Blue Ridge Scenic Railway. It’s an ideal home base for hiking, mountain biking, orchard-hopping, and water sports on the Toccoa River, with year-round mountain views welcoming you back each afternoon. Begin each sparkling North Georgia morning outdoors, sipping a cup of coffee in a rocking chair on the screened porch. Bring your breakfast outside to the bistro table, pass the afternoon hours barbecuing on the gas grill downstairs, and gather at sunset on the patio for an alfresco dinner with a view. Inside, the house is a wonderful place to unwind, whether you’re watching movies by the gas fireplace or gathering in the game room downstairs for billiards, Ping-Pong, board games, or a favorite show. The main living space on the middle floor is open and social, bringing together the living room, the dining room, and the well-equipped kitchen. The three bedrooms are separated on three floors, each with its own TV. The primary suite has the top floor to itself, offering a private screened balcony and an en suite bathroom with a shower and a jetted bathtub. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. 1 dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
