This property is conveniently close to several popular attractions including local marinas, golf courses, and parks. Visit Lakeside Park, Hidden Falls Adventure Park, and Longhorn Cavern State Park, all of which are found within 20 miles of your door. Inside, this light-filled home boasts a soaring ceiling, walls of windows and glass doors, and exquisite comforts from top-to-bottom. Prepare all your favorite dishes in the well-equipped, contemporary kitchen and then dine at the intimate breakfast bar, the nearby table, or alfresco on your furnished patio. The main living area is furnished with plush sofas and includes a TV for streaming all your favorite channels using your own accounts. Spend your evenings out on the patio, gathered around the propane fire table with glasses of local wine in-hand. This home also includes central air-conditioning and a private washer/dryer. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible. 1 dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
