This spacious haven, located on the 7th Green of the Glaze Meadow golf course, is a treasure trove of delights, offering the perfect escape for families, outdoor enthusiasts, and nature lovers. No matter the season, outdoor recreation opportunities are abundant in this area and include golfing, biking, hiking, and skiing. The Glaze Meadow recreation center is only a quick 5 min walk which features indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, playground, tennis, basketball and pickleball courts. The ranch has over 18 miles of bike paths to explore the expansive area or to ride to one of the 5 pools to take a relaxing dip and enjoy the serenity. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
