Snowberry Lodge
A spectacular setting at any time of year, this Cle Elum lodge truly immerses you in the quiet natural beauty of the Cascades. After a day of adventure, a wealth of home entertainment awaits - from the hot tub and firepit overlooking the meadow to the air hockey and Ping-Pong tables awaiting your nightly tournaments.
This two-story home is in a beautiful part of Cle Elum, backing up to a clearing of evergreens frequented by elk each autumn. You’ll have easy access to biking and Nordic skiing trails that lead into Suncadia Resort (just over a mile north) as well as excellent sledding in the surrounding hollows. The town of Roslyn (four miles) and The Summit at Snoqualmie (31 miles) are close by as well.
Spend summer days at Prospector Golf Course (two miles) or Speelyi Beach on Cle Elum Lake (seven miles), returning home in time to barbecue on the scenic back patio. Gather around the picnic table at the foot of the evergreen grove, roast marshmallows over the firepit, and take a dip in the hot tub once the evening air turns cool.
This two-story home was built in 2018, giving its lodge-like atmosphere a modern polish. At the heart of the house is a great room with walls of windows and a floor-to-ceiling gas fireplace, filling the space with warmth and light. Whether you’re cooking in the sleek kitchen with stainless steel appliances or sitting down to eat at the window-lined dining table, you’ll do so with lovely views of the surrounding trees.
One of the great features of the house is how family-friendly it is, with a Pack ’N Play, a clip-on high chair, toddler toilet seat toppers, and a selection of toys on hand. In addition to the four bedrooms (one of which is a primary suite on the ground floor), there’s a bonus room upstairs where you’ll find the air hockey table, space for the kids to play, and a pair of desks for remote work or schooling. A garage Ping-Pong table, a laundry room, and central air are provided as well.
