It’s only a few minutes away from the picturesque Collendina Beach, offering an abundance of summer activities and the charm of a beachside community. As you step inside, you will experience the cosy and welcoming cottage atmosphere, with comfortable furnishings and two large living spaces where you and your family can relax and enjoy each other’s company. At night, you can watch a movie while recharging for another exciting beach day. This home has three bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to seven people. The first and second bedrooms have queen-size beds, while the third has a tri-bunk bed, ideal for children or teenagers. The linens are provided, and there are cute comforters that the kids will love. Each room has large windows, flooding the kitchen and dining area with natural light, while the bedrooms are privately enclosed with green foliage. The newly updated kitchen features large counters with extra seating and a double-door refrigerator, perfect for accommodating larger groups wanting to self-cater. You’ll also find a stove, microwave, and dishwasher, among other amenities, making meal preparation easy. When it’s time to serve the food, there’s a six-seat table next to the sun-drenched kitchen. The bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower and ample storage for all belongings. High-quality towels and toiletries are included. Head into the backyard to discover comfortable seating, perfect for enjoying the garden and peaceful neighbourhood. Please note that this property does not have a barbecue. As a guest, you will have access to the entire home, linen, towels, washer, dryer and consumable amenities at no additional cost. Room configuration is as follows: 1-2 guests - 1 room. 1x queen bed 3-4 guests - 2 rooms. 1x queen bed 5-7 guests - 3 rooms. 1x tri bunk bed Bus route 55 is accessible at the Canopus Rd & Sunset Strp stop 300m away. We provide a convenient starter pack of essentials — including toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and other basics — to help you settle in for the first day or two. These items aren’t restocked during your stay, so feel free to bring along or pick up anything extra you might need. For reservations on booking platforms outside of Airbnb, we require either a $500 AUD authorisation hold or a fixed damage waiver per guest with every reservation prior to check-in. Please note, that the pre-auth hold is not a charge; it simply ensures funds are available if needed. A small bank processing fee (typically around AUD 2) may apply, but will also be returned after check-out permitting no breaches in policy occur. Banks require us to renew the authorisation hold weekly. A damage waiver will not be refunded.
