Guests will find immediate comfort in this beautiful four-bedroom home, expertly designed and furnished in a modern style. Featuring 4 bedrooms, this property comfortably sleeps 12 guests between 2 queen beds, 1 king, a twin bunk, and a sofa bed. The updated kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances allowing you to prepare meals for your family. You can also use the barbeque in the spacious backyard. The dishwasher ensures easy clean-up after meals. After a busy day in the CBD, you can relax in any of the multiple decks available to enjoy the serene lakeside views. You can also warm up by the fire pit in the expertly landscaped backyard or have a cosy movie night in front of the large couch in the central living space The rental property boasts an array of extensive amenities to make your stay as comfortable and convenient as possible, including wireless internet, cable TV, streaming services, washer and dryer, and many more. You have private access by using a lockbox and key. The base price is for two people (1 room). Access will only be provided to rooms that are booked and paid for. If cleaners find that unpaid beds were used, an extra cleaning fee will be incurred. Please choose the number of guests when checking availability/pricing. Please also note that the property’s external areas are monitored by CCTV footage. *This property has steps leading to the front door as well as stairs inside the property.* The Eaglehawk Train Station is 1.4km from the property. Bus Route 52 - Simpsons Road/Eaglehawk Bowling Club We provide a convenient starter pack of essentials — including toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and other basics — to help you settle in for the first day or two. These items aren’t restocked during your stay, so feel free to bring along or pick up anything extra you might need. For reservations on booking platforms outside of OTA, we require either a $500 AUD authorisation hold or a fixed damage waiver per guest with every reservation prior to check-in. Please note, that the pre-auth hold is not a charge; it simply ensures funds are available if needed. A small bank processing fee (typically around AUD 2) may apply, but will also be returned after check-out permitting no breaches in policy occur. Banks require us to renew the authorisation hold weekly. A damage waiver will not be refunded.
