The large sunny and bright kitchen has SS appliances, granite countertops, plenty of cabinets and 2 separate meal prep stations. A bright and sunny breakfast nook is a quiet spot to have a cup of coffee with a sound view. Down the hall on this main floor is also a convenient half bath. There are waterviews from every room, no carpets (!) and a beach walk-over to make bringing your gear to the beach a breeze! Up one flight is the king-sized primary bedroom with Gulf front balcony The en suite bath features dual sinks, and large tub/shower combination. The second bedroom is also king-sized with a sound view balcony. Bedroom 3 has a set of bunks (with the bottom being a trundle), and a Gulf front balcony. ( It’s rare to find more than one Gulf front bedroom! ) This room sleeps 3. A full bath with tub/shower combination is shared by these 2 and a full sized laundry room is also on this floor. Rinse off after a long beach day under the hot/cold outdoor shower. There is driveway parking for 4. A gas grill is provided and your small pup is welcome to join you with owner’s permission! There is a $200 pet fee per pup. Note that dogs are NOT ALLOWED on the Gulf Beach. Smoking is not allowed in the home or on the balconies and no events are permitted. Minimum age to rent is 25.
