Never rented, Sound Sunsets comfortably sleeps your group of 9. The open concept floor plan features everything on one floor and NO carpeting. Light, bright and airy, you have beautiful unobstructed Sound views upon entering. Everything is brand new in this house!
Gather in the great room and watch the large flat screen TV, play a game, read a book or just relax on the comfy furniture. (The couch is a queen-sized sleeper).
Open up the french door and have your happy hour(s!) and supper out on the large waterview deck while catching an amazing sunset that Navarre Beach is known for.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- - A signed rental agreement is required to fully confirm this booking.
- - All renters must be at least 25 years old.
- - No Smoking allowed in property, including on balconies and decks.
- - Check-in is no earlier than 4:00 pm and check-out time is no later than 9:00 am.
- - Rates are subject to change until the reservation is confirmed.
- - No events or large parties are allowed. Occupancy limits must be adhered to at all times.
