The main floor living room has a large flat screen TV, dining for 6 and a full kitchen. You’ll find everything you need for all kinds of meal prep here. The deck off the living room has Gulf views and the deck off the kitchen affords a Santa Rosa Sound view. Both decks have dining tables so you can choose the view you want for your snacks and meals.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- - A signed rental agreement is required to fully confirm this booking.
- - All renters must be at least 25 years old.
- - No Smoking allowed in property, including on balconies and decks.
- - Check-in is no earlier than 4:00 pm and check-out time is no later than 9:00 am.
- - Rates are subject to change until the reservation is confirmed.
- - No events or large parties are allowed. Occupancy limits must be adhered to at all times.
