Up one flight is the king-sized primary with a private west facing Gulf and Sound view deck. The en suite bath has a gorgeous tiled walk-in shower, dual sinks and separate water closet. Down the hall is a bedroom with 2 twins, and private en suite bath with tub/shower combo. Also on this floor is another king bedroom and a queen-sized bedroom with a Jack ’n Jill bath between them. The fifth bedroom is a great spot for the kids, with 2 sets of bunk beds and large play area. All bedrooms have flat screen TV’s. There is no carpeting anywhere! The wrap around deck on this floor is another great spot to enjoy gazing at the Gulf, reading a book or taking an afternoon siesta. You’ll be eye to eye with the shorebirds from here! Just outside your door is your luxurious private pool with ample lounge and dining seating. There is a grassy area for the kids to play as well as a separate fenced in beach sand area for you to build your own sandcastle! A convenient half bath is next to the pool as well as an outdoor shower and an additional fridge for "pool drinks". A charcoal grill is provided. Another great hang out spot is in the second garage with flat screen TV, dart board, and a ping pong table. Throw open the garage doors, set up your chairs and start a tournament!!! This is adjacent to the pool bath and fridge. There is garage parking for 2 cars as well as driveway parking for 4 more. The pool can be heated to 85 degrees for an additional fee of $75/day plus tax and cc fee. Contact PM after booking to add heated pool days to your reservation. This is a non pet friendly home and outside cameras on the property are for security and insurance purposes only. They are not monitored and will only be viewed in the event of an incident. Smoking is not allowed in the home, on the decks or on the grounds. No events are permitted, occupancy is strictly adhered to and minimum age to rent is 25.
