A large covered side balcony offers Gulf views and plenty of room to sunbathe or read a book while listening to the surf. There are new Granite countertops in the kitchen, and a new dining table that seats 6. Dine in with a beautiful Gulf view! Wake up to the beach from the queen-sized primary bedroom with ensuite bath. The new walk-in shower is tiled. The second bedroom has a queen bed and there is a full bath with tub adjacent to this bedroom. All rooms have flat screen TV’s. The second bedroom’s tv is for streaming only. The living area has a queen-sized sleeper sofa which allows this unit to sleep 6 comfortably. A fully equipped kitchen, with breakfast bar, 2 bar stools, and a large pantry has plenty of room for meal or snack making. There is a washer/dryer for your convenience, a charcoal grill on the ground floor courtyard, on site parking, and wifi is included. This is a non pet friendly home, smoking is not allowed in the home or on the balconies and no events are permitted. Minimum age to rent is 25.
