This area is filled with rivers and waterfalls and plenty of things to do, including golf, tennis, fly-fishing, hiking, cycling, and more. You’ll be greeted with a wall of windows, allowing the natural light to flood in. Get comfortable in main living room with cathedral ceilings, featuring a wood burning stone fireplace. The well-appointed kitchen is perfectly designed for the chef of the group and there is plenty of space to gather around the dining room table and enjoy it together. Head down to the lower-level family room for an evening of fun in the game room with a wet bar. With 3 bedrooms, all with king beds, a loft area with 2 twin bunks (4 twins beds) and 2 pull out sofas, there will be space to ensure good rest for everyone. With all of the amenities onsite as well as in the area, this is the perfect mountain lodge for your WNC vacation! Home Truths: - Sleeps in beds: 10 - Max Occupancy: 14 - 2 Twin Bunk Beds in Loft area (4 twin beds) - 2 pull out couches are available - Property Manager provides linens for all beds; other occupancy will require guests providing their own linens - Internet Speed: Download - 5Mbps Upload - 25Mbps - Strongly recommend 4WD year round due to steep driveway - Parking for up to 4-5 vehicles, depending on size - Quiet Policy: Parties, loud noise and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited, and guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords. Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates. Reservations made within 7 days of check-in require additional documentation before confirmation. Pets: This home and property are very dog friendly, and guests are welcome to bring their "best friends" with them. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $130 with a limit of 2 dogs per booking party. Please inquire for details regarding payment, the cancellation policy, and trip insurance. Last Minute Bookings: Reservations made within 7 days of check-in require additional verification, including selfie/photo of government-issued ID matching the reservation name, and photo of payment method in the primary guest’s name.
