Welcome to French Broad Sunset, an executive rental for 30 day stays or longer! This Southern-style home was designed to embrace the distinctive sweeping western views that look out over the French Broad River. The ever-changing panoramic views and breathtaking sunsets can be enjoyed year round from inside or outside the home. The property provides views of recognizable mountain peaks such as Mt Pisgah, Cold Mountain and Crabtree Bald which makes you feel like you are miles away from town. Surprisingly, you are only a few minutes from Asheville and all is has to offer including restaurants, breweries, galleries, the River Arts District and the Biltmore Estate.
You will immediately feel at home as you step inside and the natural light floods over you. This comfortable home has a bright open floor plan with tall floor to ceiling windows and doors that bring the expansive views indoor to enjoy. You also have several options if you want to spend time outside. You can enjoy reading a book on the front porch swing or curl up and take a nap on the oversize chairs on the covered back porch. The stone patio is equipped with a Yoga chest containing all the essentials needed for a relaxing yoga session facing the view. In addition, there is a spacious upper and lower yard which is perfect for outdoor games. This mountain home is surrounded by beauty and privacy and will have you wanting for nothing!
It features 5 newly renovated guest rooms designed with the comfort of guests in mind, as well as a tv in each room. The primary bedroom has a stone gas fireplace with floor to ceiling doors that open to a spacious stone patio with reclining outdoor chairs that face the western views. You can also enjoy the mountain views from the luxurious jacuzzi tub in the adjoining ensuite. Enjoy cooking meals with family and friends in the large, fully equipped kitchen. You can dine at the cozy kitchen table next to the stone fireplace or in the formal dining room. After a day of exploring, relax with a drink on the grand covered porch or enjoy the stunning sunset views. Quiet Policy: Please note that the property is located in a quiet community. Parties, loud noise and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited, and guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords.
Pets: Many of our guests have allergies so we have maintained a pet-free environment so they can enjoy their vacation without the potential of an allergic reaction. If you have a pet we can recommend some alternatives nearby.
Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.
