Welcome to Skyridge Cabin! This beautiful log home is nestled in a private woodsy area convenient to South Asheville shopping, dining, and only 20 minutes to Downtown Asheville. You will immediately feel at home with this cabin as your home base while you go out and explore all the Blue Ridge Mountains have to offer. You are greeted with an open floor plan as you enter, with a living room displaying vaulted ceilings and a stacked stone fireplace. The kitchen has upgraded finishes including granite counters, stainless appliances, and an island with plenty of space to whip up your favorite meals. Another gathering space is located on the lower level with more room to spread out. There are 3 guest rooms, 2 on the main level and 1 on the lower level, each ensures a comfortable sleeping experience. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
