In addition to the bedroom, there are 2 roll away mattresses available for the third and fourth occupants in the master bedroom closet. Occupants of Bahia Vista Condos subject to Owners Association Rules & Regulations. NOTE: All amenities, including pool and Jacuzzi are currently closed and will be closed through the end of 2023 at the discretion of Bahia Vista Homeowners Association. This vacation home rents on a nightly basis mid-June through Labor Day with a 3-night minimum, rest of the year is 2-night minimum. Maximum Occupancy: 4 people / Bedroom 1: King bed | Extra Bedding: 2 Roll-Away Twin Beds ----- This property is in a residential community and is only suitable for quieter groups. NO smoking, NO parties/events. NO pets allowed per HOA rules. You must be 25+ years old to rent this property. No daytime visitors allowed.
