External Description
The villa is located in the countryside of Gaiole in Chianti. The property is accessed through a short tree-lined path, along which you can admire a wonderful panorama of the surrounding landscape.
The villa boasts a large private garden (4,000 sqm) on 3 sides, decorated with many ancient jars, plants and flowers.
At guests’ disposal also a lovely swimming pool (8 x 4 m, open from 1st June to the end of September), a dining table and a barbecue, perfect for tasty grills with friends.
The owner of the villa is a wine producer so you can book with him a visit to his cellars with wine tasting.
Please note that it is strictly forbidden to enter the villa by personnel or other people from outside the building, for example chefs, waiters or any other professional figure, unless previously authorized by the management.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Pets are not allowed.
- Included in the price: Utilities (water only); house, garden and pool maintenance; Internet Wifi.
- Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (200.00€); electricity according to consumption; flat rate heating if used (200.00€ per week); other extra services on request. Tourist tax (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0,50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).
- Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 500.00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon damages.
