Set on a hill top with beautiful views of Caldey Island, The Coach House is an exceptional property and is light and modern through out.
The Coach House is in Penally village which is a mile away from Tenby.
Entering on the ground floor you will find two double bedrooms and one king bedroom, each bedroom boasting it’s own T.V. Two of the bedrooms opening out onto the pretty ground floor courtyard There is a modern shower room with built in bluetooth speaker, sink and toilet as well as a separate wc upstairs.
As you head up the stairs you enter a bright modern kitchen/diner with everything you need including a large hob and oven and TV. In the comfy lounge you will find two large sofas set opposite a log burner. In here you have Sky TV and a door opening out to the patio. where you will find a 6 seater hot tub and out door shower with stunning views looking over Caldey Island.
On this balcony you can also relax on the stylish rattan sofas whilst enjoying a BBQ.
You have parking available for one car immediately outside the property but there is also a small car park just up the road from the property at no charge.
Please note: The road up to this property is very uneven and narrow.
