With 105 square meters of living space, the Tella apartment offers ample room for you and your guests to relax and unwind. You’ll find two comfortable double bedrooms with queen size beds, each tastefully decorated in the apartment’s inviting mountain theme. The Tella apartment offers two bathrooms, one of which features a luxurious bathtub surrounded by black tiles where you can soak your cares away. The open plan living room and kitchen area is fully furnished and offers plenty of space for lounging, dining, and entertaining. The living room also leads to a cozy terrace with a sitting area, providing the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee or watch the sunset over the city. The apartment also features a bright and airy office sunroom with a dedicated workstation, perfect for catching up on work or simply enjoying the sunshine. The wooden features mixed with exposed metals bring in the living room bring the mountain theme to life. Throughout the Tella apartment, you’ll find modern amenities like air conditioning and classic Catalan tiled floors that keep you comfortable and cool. And with its fully equipped kitchen, you’ll have everything you need to whip up a delicious meal for you and your guests. Fully furnished, this apartment comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens. *Please note that the building amenities such as the pool, terrace, and/or gym may have specific hours of operation and might not be available year-round. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts. *This accommodation may only be used for stays longer than 31 nights for personal purposes such as holiday, recreational, or leisure. Property Manager may request documentation proving your permanent residence and the reason for your stay in Catalonia, and may cancel the reservation if it does not meet the legal requirements.
