Located in Villefranche-sur-Mer, 600 feet from the French Institute, very close to the train station, beaches and amenities LE PROVENÇAL is a 62m2 seasonal rental apartment, fully air-conditioned and able to accommodate 4 people, (ideal for a couple with 2 young children)
From its balcony you can fully enjoy its beautiful sea view overlooking the bay of Villefranche.
Apartment located on the 1st floor without elevator and 5 minutes walk, you will have all the shops (pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants), bus stop, tourist office etc.
It consists of a beautiful living room with a fully equipped American kitchen and a dining area opening onto the balcony.
2 small single sofa beds and a bedroom with 2 single beds combined into a double bed. A bathroom with large shower and toilet.
You will be just 10 minutes walk from the port of Villefranche,

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
