The apartment sleeps 6 people. The extensive living area, with stone walls and traditional beamed ceilings, has 2 sofas, an open fireplace and flat screen TV. A brick arch leads through to a dining room with a wooden table for 6 people and then a stylish, wooden fitted kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipped with a large cooker hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a Mokka coffee maker.
French windows lead out to a private garden, with a shaded dining area for meals al fresco and sun loungers with a hammock for total relaxation.
The outdoor space has been arranged with as much care as the interiors. Next to the shared outdoor pool, guests will find sun-loungers.

Location
The farm is in the Trasimeno hills, just 2km from the village of Panicale, which is often called one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. It is close to many of popular destinations; Perugia is 45 minutes away, Assisi 1 hour.
However, for people who want to stay closer to home there is plenty to do, on your doorstep. In the autumn guests can join the owners in the harvest. Both grapes for wine, followed by wine tasting. October/November is peak olive harvesting season, when, after picking, guests can then try the newly pressed olive oil. There is also horse riding on the farm, which can be organized in advance.
