Both have Large Closets & share a Hall Bath with Tub/Shower combination. The Large Front Porch has an Ocean View where you can watch both the sunrise & sunset. The Back Deck has Serene Marsh Views. The back of the ground level has an In Ground heated Pool (must notify if heating is wanted for extra fee), a Outdoor Shower (hot/cold) with Bonus Dog Sprayer; Beach Cart, 4 Beach Chairs & 2 Umbrellas for fun beach days; Large Charcoal Grill, Conversation Area & Picnic Table that folds into 2 Bench Seats; & 2 Hammock Chairs. Sandy Noses, of course, has a Backyard Dog Area complete with Pooper Scooper & Poop Waste Bag Dispenser. Please note: Linens are included with your reservation and your beds will be made prior to your arrival. Also a Welcome Bag will be waiting for you upon your arrival with starter supplies which includes 2 trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher powder, washing machine powder, dish sponge, small shampoo and conditioner with bar of soap, make up remover, and 2 bottles of water. *Outdoor Cameras. Do Not Tamper* Bring your family & your pets to Sandy Noses where your pets are sure to get their noses sandy! If you are bringing a pet, the pet fee must be paid prior to your check-in. Limit of 2 dogs. A non-refundable $200 pet fee will be added to the booking for bringing a dog. *No Dogs Allowed in Pool* If bringing more than two dogs, please message us before booking. This pool has an optional heater that can be requested for use prior to arrival. Must know if heating will be needing +7 days from check-in. For use of pool heater there will be an additional $55/night charge to heat and to keep the pool heated to 85 degrees. Must heat for the entire length of the stay, can’t pick and choose days. If the air temperature falls below 50 degrees, there is no option to heat the pool as this is a requirement by the heater to operate. Temperature is wirelessly controlled and the control panel is locked at the unit. Please Note the $55/night heating fee is not automatically added onto the booking. This will be paid separately from the primary booking.
