Due to the proximity of the center, the market square, the protected residential area "De Concession", the classified tram station and the forest, this apartment offers residents a pleasant living environment.

The upper apartment has 3 spacious bedrooms with dressing room and bathroom on the second floor. The 3 bedrooms each have a double bed. The bathroom has a bath, a walk-in shower and a double sink. One of the bedrooms has a sun terrace.
The living room with fitted kitchen with all comforts (fridge, 2 ovens, induction hob, dishwasher, ...) is located on the third floor.
The apartment has a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. There is also a small freezer...

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
