RECEPTIVE STRUCTURE. Giava was born from the recovery and restoration of a farmhouse of the first years of ’900. The house is very close to a little stream surrounded by green and quiet woods. The owners have preserved the original structure and most of the original material like ceiling bricks and sturdy wood beams matching today the present bright colours and contemporary interior design. The property is in the countryside, just 4 kms from the suggestive medieval centre of Lucca and a few kilometres from the art cities of Pisa and Firenze. The beautiful beaches of Versilia, the well-known locations of Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi are not so far.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
