Whether you are on vacation or here for a conference, this house is ideal for the couple who wants space and privacy; 2-3 couples traveling together who love the idea of cooking meals and hanging poolside, or a multi-generational getaway where grandparents, parents and their children can live, sleep and play under one roof. And did I mention, we’re dog friendly! (Pet fee required: $25/night/dog; max 2)
This 1,761 sq ft house has three bedrooms and sleeps six with:
- King bed in the master bedroom, large sectional sofa, full ensuite bath, walk-in closet, and attached office area with sink
- 2 twin beds in the front bedroom
- King bed in the back bedroom off the pool
- 2 full bathrooms
- 2 car garage with beach chairs, umbrella, beach carts and toys.
-Pool (complimentary heat provided Nov. 20-Apr. 30; pool heat offered for a fee May 1-Nov. 19. Pool temp may vary due to weather conditions.)
- Hi-speed internet: 400mbps download
- Premium cable package with HBO Max, Showtime & Starz
- Screened-in lanai
- Office Space
Relax poolside in one of the lounge chairs while reading a book or surfing the internet with a blazing fast internet connection. Speaking of which, if you’re staying in the house because of conference at the Marriott, there is a dedicated office space where you can shut the door and get some work done while the rest of your family and friends enjoy themselves. When you get hungry, cook out on the gas grill in the shaded area of the lanai, surrounded by potted plants and native shrubs and foliage. When you come back inside, there is plenty of seating to choose from: at the bar overlooking the kitchen, the glass dining room table, which has seating for six or in the living room that boasts two couches and two swivel chairs. And if it should happen to rain (which it never does when you’re on vacation in Marco Island ;-), both the living room and master bedroom have the premium HDTV package with every movie channel Comcast offers. There’s also a DVD player in the living room so don’t leave home without bringing your favorite movies from high school and telling the younger generation how easy they have it growing up.
The spacious interior has been tastefully updated with stylish furnishings and artwork that evoke a refined beach getaway feel. The large sliding glass doors off the dining room can be opened (just make sure to turn off the AC) so you bring the outside in and enjoy the warm gulf shore breezes island life offers. The kitchen, with recessed lighting, is stocked with all of the comforts a chef could want: coffee maker AND a Keurig machine, a blender, toaster, oh and did we mention the all new appliances? The bar area off the kitchen is a great place to congregate, make and sip cocktails and watch the aspiring Top Chefs in the family whip up the latest gourmet food trend. It’s also a great place to put out food, snacks and beverages or look out at the picturesque view of the pool and lanai.
In the garage, you will find just about everything you need for the beach, including umbrellas, beach chairs, toys, floats and coolers. That beach equipment will get ample use because it’s only a 0.3 mile walk to the public beach access point, which takes you to Paradise Coast and its warm sands, turquoise waters and endless array of water sports.
Since you are just a half a mile from the JW Marriott, you can enjoy its world famous spa as well as its 10 bars and restaurants, without having to pay four figures/night for one hotel room. Also close by is a miniature golf course, the Marco Walk Plaza which boasts some of the Island’s best restaurants as well as boutiques and ice cream across from which is a 7-11 if you need to fill up on gas or get some snacks.

Anglers will find Marco Island to be an excellent base for fishing expeditions, whether in the backwaters, the Ten Thousand Islands National Wildlife Refuge, or offshore in the Gulf of Mexico. The waters teem with tarpon, snook, redfish, and more, making for an exciting fishing experience.
Boat tours are a popular way to explore the surrounding waterways and islands. These tours offer opportunities to see dolphins, manatees, and an array of birdlife. For a more intimate encounter with the area's natural beauty, guided kayak tours through the mangrove forests are both serene and educational.
