The Shores Resort Pool and hot tub will remain open and heated, as well as NoMad’s pool deck cafe. Due to this closure, nightly rates have been reduced 20% (reflected in the current pricing) and resort fees have been reduced by 65%. The unit features a private balcony, highlighted by the personal hot tub and fire table, offering a relaxing atmosphere to complement the stunning surroundings. Inside, guests can take advantage of the ping pong table, foosball table, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch for some friendly competition! With a fully equipped kitchen and smart TVs with YouTube TV channels, Casa Lua is an excellent getaway home for any group! At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas (which can also be reserved at the time of booking). A gorgeous resort pool, 10-foot fire tables, and an oversized hot tub are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. Roof-top Yoga classes, kid’s crafts and activities, Food Truck nights, and even Dive-In Movies where you can watch a fun movie on the big screen from the pool or Lagoon are just some of the fun events you can experience when you stay at the Desert Color community! Your key fob will also grant you access to the Springs Social Spa, an oversized hot tub area located on the corner of Marilla and Akoya Pearl Street. This is a gated area that a limited number of properties will have access to. The spa hours are 10 am to 10 pm. Additionally, while staying in this property as our guest, take advantage of our local business discounts for places such as Tuacahn Amphitheater, Pizza Factory, and more! We would like to advise you that during this time, the Desert Color Community is experiencing ongoing construction in close proximity to your vacation rental. While this will not impact your use of any of the provided amenities, we want to remind all guests to only use the designated and completed roads and pathways, and to steer clear of any active construction activity.
